How to order from A Home To Adore

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia & the Rest of the World.

Customers from the US and other countries may pay for their order the traditional way. You may choose debit, credit, Cash App, Venmo, Western Union or PayPal at checkout or depending on payment type A Home To Adore accepts. Complete your address and shipping information at checkout. You may also provide a phone number in case we need to contact you about your order.  Please use the currency calculator in the top right corner of our website to change the price to your country. Jamaica

If you are living in Jamaica or would like to have your order shipped to Jamaica you have the following options:

Create an account with a local Jamaican Courier Service which will provide you a mailing address to ship your packages. Some popular options are SSMC X-Press International, MailPac and Ship Me.

We recommend using SSMC X-PRESS INTERNATIONAL. We have been working with them for over 5 years. They provide a free account, affordable prices, and excellent service. You may contact them to create your account by phone at 876- 754-5559 or Whatsapp at 876-446-5684. Once account is created, you then checkout as normal using your name and the information given to you by SSMC. Learn more about their shipping process here.

The shipping cost is free on our website unless otherwise indicated. FREE shipping DOES NOT apply to FREE PRODUCTS. However, the shipping cost is very low.

To view, the prices in Jamaican currency use the currency calculator in the top right corner of our website. Change the location to your country and the entire site will be calculated in Jamaican Currency.

We accept all bank debit card and credit cards. Midas cards and other cash cards without an expiration date are not an acceptable form of payment.

Refund and exchange policy

At A Home To Adore, we have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 15- 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To exchange, is dependent upon items in stock and condition of item being exchanged.

To start a return, you can contact us at HOMETOADORE@GMAIL.COM and we will assist with processing the returns once they meet the above and below criteria.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. MUST SHOW PROOF OF DAMAGE OR DEFECT. All damaged or defective items must be returned.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We at A Home To Adore, are not liable for customs duty or taxes that may be imposed upon receiving your product/products. The customer is fully liable for these costs.
